 <note><![CDATA[The objectiveof this research isto analyzethe effect of giving saltin the containercontainszeoliteandactivated charcoalin the process of fish transport towardhistophatogical condition, survival rate, and quality of thewater. The research wasconductedonlaboratoryscaleusing acompletely randomized design. The fishused wascatfishwiththe averageweight of2g/fish with adensity 150fish /L.Dosesof salt, zeoliteandactivated charcoalused wereA(20 gzeolite+10gactivated carbon), B(20 g+10 gzeoliteactivated carbon+2g/Lsalt), C(20 g+10 gzeoliteactivated carbon+4g/Lsalt), D(20 g+10 gzeoliteactivated carbon+6g/Lsalt), E(20 g+10 gzeoliteactivated carbon+8g/Lsalt), K(without zeolite, carbonactiveandsalt). The results showedthattreatmentD wasbetterthan othersfor 64hours transport. Which seenthe lowestNH3concentrationwas0.027±0.006mg/L, CO281.90±9:15mg/L, andthe highestSR48.89%. and had betterhistopathological gillscondition.
